Shipping

Planet Mousepad uses the USPS and its respective partners to ship within the USA, as well as to Canada and internationally.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends. All shipments other than the USA will be shipped Air Mail. Normal USPS shipping times in the US and Canada are between 2 and 7 working days. International shipments take 7 to 14 days. Italy seems to take the longest. One shipment last year took 63 days to Italy! Generally Italy shipments seem to take 10-25 days.

Canada or International shipments may be subject to customs duties, levies and/or taxes. These are solely the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions regarding duties and/or taxes, please contact your local customs office.

Returns

Planet Mousepad would like to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers and has implemented the following return policy.

No return or exchange is allowed without a return authorization number. To receive your RAN please email us at support@planetmousepad.com with the following information:

Your name
Reason for return
Order number
Request for refund or exchange

We accept returns for refund or exchanges on merchandise other than sale or special order items within 30 days of purchase based on the following criteria:

• It has a manufacturers defect.
• We shipped you the wrong merchandise.
• The wrong item was ordered. (exchange only)
• You have been assigned a return authorization number.
• The merchandise has not been soiled or damaged.

Planet Mousepad reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund based on any of the above conditions deemed unacceptable.

Shipping is not refundable on returns or exchanges. We do however cover return shipping costs on items which were shipped incorrectly.
